火焰山的人们 | People of the Flaming Mountain

The Flaming Mountain town of Xinjiang is in the hottest place in China. Despite being a rural desert town, it has its own set of specialties: the Flaming Mountains, grape valley and yellow noodle & barbecue dish.
This film is a mosaic of its food, culture and landscapes, told through the Uyghur Chinese people who keep these traditions alive.
